Our Children's Ministry Team

Continuing Programs: 

Sunday School every Sunday

                   Preschool Classes for 2-3 year olds and 4-5 year olds         

              Kids ROCK-our elementary Rotation Model Classes

MoG Wednesday happens

       for 12 weeks in the Spring and 12 weeks in the Fall

          After our family supper in the Family Life Center (5:00) we have classes for 2 Year Olds through Adults from 6:00-7:30.

                   Jesus Loves Me! for 2 & 3 Year Olds

                   Lil’K for Pre-K and Kindergarten Children

              KidMo for Elementary Children

              Musical Rehearsals for 1st-9th Graders

Easter Egg Hunt the day before Easter

 

Swing into Summer Church Family Picnic at the park the first Sunday evening after school is out

 

Vacation Bible School - “Rome: Paul and the Underground Church" June 15-19  with our "Roman/Methodist Madness" Friday Night Fun Park on June 19 at 6:00

 

Lakeview Camp for 3rd-12th Graders

 

Fourth of July Ice Cream Social on the front lawn

 

Backyard Bible School – We take our VBS to needy children in the community in conjunction with Love, INC’s summer meals program.

 

MaD (Music and Drama) Camp – The week before school starts we kick off rehearsals for our Christmas Musical.

 

Back to School Bash – The Sun. evening before school starts we’ll have Giant Slip and Slides with our picnic on the front lawn.

 

Third Grade Bible Celebration – After we present all Third Graders with a new Bible during the worship service, we have lunch for their families and a Sunday afternoon of activities to introduce the children to using their new Bibles.

 

Trunk or Treat and Heroes Unmasked gives children a safe family environment to enjoy Halloween.

 

Children’s Christmas Musical – Presented by 1st-9th Graders in the Family Life Center

 

March to the Manger – Breakfast in the FLC, stories, cakewalk, silent auction and carol singing.  The children have their pictures made while they present gifts to baby Jesus (to be donated to the Heartbeat Pregnancy Center).
