Scout Hut Sidewalk Celebration
Sew Blessed is having a party Thursday, October 1st at 11 a.m. to celebrate the new sidewalk to the Scout Hut. The Hut is now accessible to everyone! It was provided entirely by private donations. Everyone is invited to come see the new sidewalk, the Scout Hut, and share a snack with the Sew Blessed Knitters. Sew Blessed is a ministry of First Forward at FirstNac UMC. Trunk or Treat
Join us for a spooktacular evening of family fun, Halloween festivities, and plenty of treats! Trunks will be set up in the North Parking Lot for a fun-filled Trunk-or-Treat experience. Be sure to dress in your favorite Halloween costume and come ready to celebrate!
Annual Blessing of the Animals
You are invited to the Annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at The Pavilion at Banita Creek Park North, 501 Pearl Street, Nacogdoches, Texas.

Regional Charge Conference

Pastor Bible Study
Bible study with the pastor will begin Wednesday, September 2 at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the Parlor. Together, we will take a look at John Wesley's life and several of his sermons in Reclaiming the Wesleyan Tradition: John Wesley's Sermons for Today. During the week, there will be an average of 10 pages of reading per week along with questions in preparation for class discussion and participation. Facilitated by Pastor Stephanie.
Parent Small Group
Join us for a parent-focused discussion working through Jonathan Haidt's The Anxious Generation to understand how smartphones and social media are reshaping childhood — and what we can do about it. Join us Wednesdays at 6:00 PM in the Library, Room 108.
Y’ALL: Young Adults Living Life

ICAN Sunday
The first Sunday of every month is I CAN Sunday. Please bring your non-perishable, shelf-stable items for replenishing Buckley's Pantry, HOPE, and/or SFA Food Pantry. Please leave your donations in the baskets in the hallway.
